Granlund in Helsinki seeks an HVAC Designer for energy‑efficiency projects. The role blends design work with site visits on commercial and industrial properties, supporting sustainability goals from planning through commissioning.

You will translate customer objectives into practical design, manage projects from early stages to completion, and contribute to service development for energy challenges. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred, and Finnish language fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Hold HVAC engineering degree or MSc in engineering.
• Experience in HVAC design and independent responsibility for design work.
• Interest in building-services tech and energy efficiency.
• Working foundation in AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Produce implementation-level design for energy-efficiency projects.
• Follow energy projects from early stages through commissioning.
• Convert customer objectives into practical approaches for implementation.
• Complete HVAC design assignments within the project work.
• Undertake site visits as part of the day-to-day role.
• Support commercial and industrial property construction projects with sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.
• Contribute to project planning and preliminary studies as professional expertise develops.
• Help develop team services, address customer energy challenges and advance renewable-energy and carbon-neutral solutions.
