Qualifications

• The eligibility requirement is a suitable university degree in building services engineering or a similar previous degree.
• Good written and oral skills in Finnish are required.
• Possibility to use one's own car.

Responsibilities

• The duties include expert tasks for the basic technical systems of buildings.
• Ensure the optimal functionality, energy efficiency, and healthy and safe indoor conditions throughout the lifecycle of the property.
• Participate in design and construction of building projects as a technical expert and guide building services design and solutions.
• Develop the city's building services procurement and design guidelines in cooperation with other experts.
• Involvement in PTS design of buildings and in the development and implementation of energy efficiency.
• Maintain close cooperation with different design fields, contractors, and users.
