Job summary

Vastuu Group is seeking an enthusiastic HR trainee for the Vastuu Academy project. The internship focuses on developing learning, onboarding and digital employee experience, combining HR, communications, digital learning, AI and project work.

You will create clear, practical learning content for onboarding, managerial work and shared ways of working, collaborating with experts across functions. This fixed-term internship offers hybrid work and real development projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant university studies in HR, education, communications, business or service design.
• Interest in developing learning, onboarding and digital employee experience.
• Ability to structure information clearly.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn digital learning environments and content creation tools.
• Good communication and Finnish-English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review, compile and adapt HR and onboarding materials into online courses and other learning content.
• Contribute to design of Vastuu Group Essentials and Compass learning paths and onboarding modules.
• Collaborate with content owners and subject-matter experts across functions.
• Ensure content is clear, practical, accessible and up to date.
• Support content testing, publishing, documentation and follow-up.
• Develop shared practices for maintaining content and improving learning experience.

HR INTERN FOR THE VASTUU ACADEMY PROJECT

For a fixed-term internship focused on developing learning, onboarding and digital employee experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR trainee to join the Vastuu Academy project. You will help create clear, practical learning content for our employees to support onboarding, managerial work and shared ways of working. The role combines HR, communications, digital learning, AI and project work.

What you will do

• review, compile and adapt existing HR and onboarding materials into online courses and other learning content
• contribute to the design of Vastuu Group Essentials and Vastuu Group Compass learning paths, as well as onboarding and manager learning modules
• collaborate with content owners and subject-matter experts across different functions
• ensure that content is clear, practical, accessible and up to date
• support content testing, publishing, documentation and follow-up
• develop shared practices for maintaining content and improving the learning experience.

What we expect from you

• relevant university studies, for example in HR, education, communications, business or service design

• good communication skills & full working proficiency in Finnish and English.
