Sesterce builds and runs AI campuses in Europe, powered by low-carbon energy, with campuses across France and Finland and clusters in Madrid and Munich. This role focuses on setting and enforcing the health, safety and environment plan across contractors on construction sites, running inductions and audits, and reporting safety performance to foster a zero-harm culture.

We seek a candidate with 7+ years of HSE experience on large construction sites and strong knowledge of Finnish and EU safety
