Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced HSE Manager to support a major data center construction project in Seinäjoki, Finland. You will maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across the site.

Responsibilities include leading HSE activities, inspections, risk assessments, audits, and coordinating with contractors. English is required, Finnish is an advantage, and a 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Proven HSE management experience on large-scale construction or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and risk management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• English required; Finnish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish HSE legislation and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports and records.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project team.
