Pure DC Group is seeking an HSE Manager to coordinate health, safety and environment initiatives across the business and drive a positive HSE culture. You will lead risk assessments, compliance programs and training to reduce incidents and ensure legal conformity.

The role requires relocation or an extended rotation to Seinäjoki, Finland, with ongoing collaboration across sites and functions to embed safe operating standards and continuous improvement.

Job description

The HSE Manager is responsible for coordinating and advising the Company on all aspects of health, safety & environment matters and will lead and drive forward the development of a positive HSE culture across the business. Each HSE Manager has a specific Geographical ownership but must be flexible where directed to support outside of this.
