Job summary

QCS Staffing in Finland is seeking a HR Partner? Actually role focuses on data centre facilities leadership, based in Kouvola.

You will oversee critical infrastructure and lead teams of engineers and contractors to maintain uptime in a high-availability data centre environment. Candidates should have extensive data centre experience, mechanical/electrical background and proven leadership in a 24/7 setting, with knowledge of Finnish regulations and utilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum data centre facilities experience in large-scale operations.
• Strong mechanical or electrical background with critical infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven experience leading operations teams in 24/7 environments.
• Familiarity with Finnish regulations and local utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, cooling, fire systems and BMS.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of mission-critical systems through strong operations management.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and mentor facility engineers, technicians and contractors with safety emphasis.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, cooling systems, fire systems and BMS.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all mission-critical systems through robust operational management.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead and develop teams of facility engineers, technicians and contractors while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

What you’ll need:

• Strong data centre experience within large-scale facilities, ideally hyperscale or AI-focused environments.
