Basware is hiring an HR AI & Technology Lead to shape how HR work is delivered in the age of AI. You will bridge HR, technology, data and business transformation to unlock value across the HR function.

You will partner with HR leaders, IT, security, data teams and external partners to drive Basware's HR AI roadmap, adoption, governance, and measurable business impact. This strategic role offers hybrid work, international collaboration, and opportunities for continuous learning and development

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, HR Technology, Digital HR, or HR Transformation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle.
• Practical experience applying AI, analytics, or digital solutions in business.
• Experience with HR systems, data, reporting, and vendors.
• Proven track record leading change or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and capability-building skills.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset; passion for emerging tech.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Basware's HR AI roadmap and adoption strategy.
• Identify AI opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes.
• Act as the HR function's trusted expert on AI and data.
• Own and evolve HR technology landscape with IT and vendors.
• Improve HR data quality, governance, reporting, accessibility.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs for HR teams.
• Lead pilots and innovation initiatives with measurable value.
• Establish governance for responsible AI adoption in HR.
