Job summary

Tandem Health is building a Finnish delivery hub in Helsinki to implement our AI-powered clinical notes platform for Wellbeing Services Counties and private providers. You will own end-to-end customer delivery and coordinate with engineering for EHR integrations and go-live readiness.

You will lead customer implementations, train clinicians, and maintain momentum, while applying a structured, proactive approach in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level Finnish and excellent English communication.
• Strong track record in project management delivery of technology solutions.
• Experience in a technology company with SaaS deployment projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, EHR integrations and clinical workflows.
• Structured yet flexible approach to manage changing conditions.
• Excellent stakeholder management from clinicians to C-level.
• Curiosity about AI/technology and how software is delivered in healthcare.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects end to end, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate technical setup including EHR integrations with engineering.
• Work with customers and Medical Operations to tailor documentation templates.
• Coordinate user training programs with Medical Operations for go-live readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during delivery, building trust.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams.
• Refine delivery playbooks to support scalable processes as the Finnish customer base grows.
