Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Director, Group Accounting & Reporting in Espoo, Finland, with hybrid work. You will lead group close, consolidation across many entities and currencies, and IFRS reporting, while coordinating with the CFO, board and investors.

This is a chance to build the group reporting function for a fast-growing scale-up. You will drive consolidation, intercompany flows, and statutory reporting, and shape the processes and standards for the GL team and outsourced partners.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with complex group structures, intercompany flows and currency changes.
• End-to-end IFRS reporting and close; US GAAP if needed; strong improvement track record.
• Leadership that coaches; clear direction; develops people and builds trust.
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders (CFO, Board, investors).

Responsibilities

• Lead Group Accounting & Reporting and the monthly/quarterly/yearly close.
• Oversee group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Develop processes, standards and documentation for the function.
• Partner with the external auditors on group matters.
