Job summary

Telko in Espoo, Finland, invites you to join the finance team as a trainee to gain hands-on experience in group reporting, consolidation, IFRS, financial analysis, and finance development projects, while working with experienced colleagues across the group.

You will participate in monthly closing, support IFRS reporting, assist quarterly and year-end processes, and help improve reporting and forecasting processes while growing into broader responsibilities in an international environment.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication.
• Experience with consolidation or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or auditing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the group monthly closing process.
• Support IFRS financial reporting, management reporting, and forecasting.
• Assist in quarterly and year-end closing and financial statements.
• Analyze group financial performance and key business drivers.
• Support management decision-making with data insights.
• Contribute to improving reporting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain and develop consolidation, management reporting, and forecasting systems.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers and finance teams across the group.
• Grow into a wider range of responsibilities as expertise develops.
