Job summary

CUJO AI is seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead how our people experience the company—physically, digitally, and everywhere in between. This hands-on leadership role focuses on environment, satisfaction, productivity, and engagement from offices to remote settings.

The role is full-time, hybrid and based in Finland, Norway, Lithuania or Hungary with regular travel. You will own internal communications, events, policy, risk, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the employee

Qualifications

• Proven track record in employee experience or office/workplace management, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety protocols and workplace compliance.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the global Office Coordinators team.
• Own end-to-end office experience, leases, layout, vendors, and operations.
• Own intranet and digital workplace across shared platforms.
