Job summary

ALTEN Finland is seeking a commercially driven Head of Energy & Infrastructure to lead growth across energy, infrastructure, process, industrial, and capital project sectors. You will define strategy, develop major client relationships, and drive international opportunities while building high-performing teams.

The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational execution to position ALTEN as a premier engineering partner in Finland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial/project-driven businesses.
• Proven track record of growth in capital-intensive environments.
• Extensive experience in strategic sales, business development and key account management.
• Experience leading international initiatives and cross-border teams.
• P&L ownership and business management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy for energy, infrastructure, process, and industrial sectors.
• Drive profitable growth and expand international opportunities.
• Develop executive-level client relationships and lead major negotiations.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, governance, and operational execution.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams.
