FORCIT Group is seeking a strategic Data & AI leader to shape and implement the group’s data platform and AI strategy across business units. You will drive use-case prioritisation, develop data governance, and collaborate with partners to deliver scalable data architectures, cloud and on-prem, while ensuring GDPR compliance and AI ethics.

Qualificações

• Proven track record implementing data platforms and deploying AI solutions in-house or via consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating complex tech to business leaders.
• Curiosity and ongoing development in AI, ML, and data engineering.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies and modern data engineering, including MLOps.
• Solid understanding of data governance, information security, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing Data & AI strategies and roadmaps with scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive prioritized use cases from concept to operational use with stakeholders.
• Define and implement the Group's Data & AI strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases and automation opportunities.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, ownership, and security.
• Guide scalable data architecture, cloud and on-prem environments, data pipelines and AI infra.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate across units to deliver practical solutions and drive adoption.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Define data & AI skills, roles and partnering model.
