Job summary

FORCIT is seeking a senior Data & AI leader to own and advance the strategy, governance, and practical implementation of data platforms and AI solutions across the organisation. The role emphasizes collaboration with business units and external partners, shaping technology choices and delivery models.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of personally contributing to implementing data platforms and deploying AI solutions into operational use.
• Experience in project or matrix leadership, mobilising stakeholders without direct line authority.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuously developing expertise across AI, ML and emerging technologies.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies, machine learning and modern data engineering, with good understanding of MLOps.
• Solid understanding of data governance, AI ethics, information security and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing Data & AI strategies, roadmaps and scalable technical solutions.
• Proven ability to translate technological opportunities into practical business applications and measurable improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive prioritised use cases from concept to operational use with business and delivery partners.
• Define and implement the Group's Data & AI strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases, ML applications and automation.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring GDPR and AI Act compliance.
• Guide scalable data architecture, cloud and on-prem environments and AI infra.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support scaling of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to drive adoption.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and strengthen capabilities.
• Define data & AI skills, roles and partnership model.
