About The Role

As a Safari Guide, you are at the heart of the guest experience. You introduce our international guests to the beauty of Lapland through carefully designed activities, ensuring every moment is safe, seamless and memorable. Beyond guiding, you create atmosphere through storytelling, presence and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

• Guide activities such as snowshoeing, hiking, reindeer experiences and Aurora tours
• Ensure guest safety and deliver high‑quality service
• Prepare and maintain equipment (e.g. gear)
• Create engaging experiences through storytelling and local knowledge
• Adapt activities based on weather and guest expectations
• Assist with transfers and guest logistics when needed
• Support overall resort operations

What We Expect

• Previous experience in guiding, tourism or outdoor activities
• Strong customer service mindset with international guests
• Confident English skills (other languages are a plus)
• Valid driver’s license (B)
• Calm, solution‑oriented approach in changing situations
• Passion for nature and outdoor environments
• First aid skills are considered a plus
