Job summary

Northern Lights Village Levi Oy is seeking a joyful Guest Services Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and guide them to their safari start point. You will drive guests to airports and cabins, help arrange transportation, and manage luggage and winter gear as part of a friendly, service‑driven team.

Starts November and ends February/March with a minimum 90 working hours every 3 weeks; hourly pay negotiated based on experience, and accommodation is provided if needed at

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience as a Guest Services Attendant or similar role preferred.
• Valid B driver's license is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon entry.
• Assist guests with inquiries and guiding to safari start point.
• Drive guests to/from airport and cabins.
• Assist with arranging transportation and luggage handling.
• Help guests with winter gear and keeping the Safari House tidy.

About the Job

We are seeking a joyful, kind, and entertaining Guest Services Attendant to join the Northern Lights Village. In this role, you will primarily be driving, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to their safari start point, and responding to various inquiries. Your charismatic character will be essential in ensuring our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• – Greeting guests upon entering
• – Assisting guests with their inquiries
• – Driving guests to / from the airport and cabins
• – Helping to arrange transportation for guests
• – Luggage handling
• – Assisting guests with getting their winter gear upon arrival
• – Keeping the Safari House tidy

Requirements

• – Experience as a Guest Services Attendant or a similar position
• – Fluent written and spoken English
• – Valid B drivers license
• – Excellent customer service skills
• – Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Pay, Duration and Benefits

• – If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month
