Job summary

VibeIQ, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to build, automate, and maintain the systems powering our go-to-market motion.

You’ll replace manual, repetitive work with scalable, data‑driven workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance, including enrichment pipelines, automated outbound, lead routing and scoring, and AI‑powered processes. Reporting to the VP of GTM and working closely with senior leaders, you’ll drive pipeline outcomes, extend the same infrastructure to CS

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in GTM engineering or RevOps.
• Hands-on automation with multi-step workflows and API integrations.
• HubSpot administration including workflows and lead scoring.
• SQL and some Python/JavaScript for data manipulation.
• Experience with data enrichment and sales-engagement tools.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and support tooling.
• AI/LLM tools applied to GTM workflows.
• Ability to link work to revenue impact.
• SaaS/B2B experience; hybrid work from Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound systems with data pipelines and multi-step sequences.
• Create lead/account scoring and routing to speed-to-lead.
• Engineer signal- and intent-based campaigns.
• Manage HubSpot data quality and CRM integrations.
• Extend infrastructure to detect churn signals and automate onboarding.
• Automate Zendesk workflows for ticket triage and deflection.
• Automate revenue-adjacent workflows and finance data syncing.
• Connect GTM stack via APIs and automation platforms; write Python/JS/SQL as needed.
• Apply AI/LLM tooling to GTM workflows with governance.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS/Finance to measure revenue impact.
• Evaluate, consolidate, and document the GTM tech stack.
