Job summary

Marimekko is seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital media strategy and customer acquisition across key markets from Helsinki HQ. This fixed-term replacement role reports to the Head of Digital Commerce and Operations and lasts until 30.9.2027.

You will drive campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and affiliates, manage marketing investments, and partner with internal and agency teams to grow digital sales and traffic.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid channels.
• Strong experience managing budgets and driving customer acquisition and growth.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and affiliates.
• Develop and execute performance marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, analytics, content and brand teams to maximize campaign performance.
