Job summary

Marimekko, a Finnish lifestyle design company, seeks a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to join the Digital Commerce & Operations team at HQ in Helsinki. This fixed-term replacement reports to the Head of Digital Commerce and Operations.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and affiliates to drive customer acquisition and online sales while managing the EU budget and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid digital channels.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving customer acquisition and growth.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience managing agency and media partner relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
• Develop and execute performance marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, analytics, content and brand marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Take full responsibility for the EU region budget.
• Plan, propose, and allocate marketing investments to meet KPIs.
• Provide budget recommendations for other key markets.
• Manage relationships with external media and marketing partners.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and ongoing optimization.
• Support development and use of platforms like Smartly and Braze.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as traffic, acquisition, conversion, ROMI and ROAS.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
