Job summary

JTK Power, a Finnish export company with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a senior leader to head the Population Shelter Solutions business area in Finland. You will drive strategy, growth, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, procurement, and production.

You will develop growth plans, monitor financials, optimize pricing, and build partner networks to open new customer segments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and solution sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or security solutions.
• Strong business orientation and ability to lead from strategic planning to operational execution.
• Knowledge of construction environment, procurement models, and market analysis.
• Leadership, negotiation, collaboration skills, and experience building partner networks.
• Fluency in English; ability to operate internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Population Shelter Solutions business area, implementing strategy and achieving growth goals.
• Develop growth plans, budgeting, and monitor key financials.
• Optimize cost structure and pricing, and lead operations to enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain stakeholder and partner networks, open new customer segments.
• Oversee sales, marketing, customer relations, and product/service concept development.
• Manage order-to-delivery processes in collaboration with procurement, planning, production, logistics, and external partners.
