Job summary

Bittium is seeking a senior engineering leader to define modern software engineering standards across the group, setting workflows for all product teams and guiding CI/CD practices from commit to release. You will establish quality gates, documentation expectations, and collaborate on an engineering handbook that scales across teams.

You will drive metrics for engineering health, influence tooling choices, and maintain hands-on involvement while mentoring senior engineers to propagate change

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background capable of leading change.
• Proven track record of improving development workflows.
• Proactive prototyping and hands-on development.
