Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
Experience in grid-code compliance, power-system studies, or grid-connected power electronics development.
Strong understanding of converter and grid behaviour including fault ride-through and grid support.
Familiarity with standards like EN 50549, ENTSO-E, IEEE 1547 is helpful.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead grid-code compliance engineering by translating requirements into product, software, hardware, controls, and testing actions.
Drive verification and certification activities from gap assessments through HIL and lab testing, coordinating evidence for certification.
Assess performance and resolve compliance challenges with development and validation teams.
Shape grid-code strategy and product direction by monitoring evolving regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with customers, TSOs/DSOs, certification bodies, consultants, laboratories, sales, and engineering teams.
