Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Elect automation with electrical focus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety principles and practices.
• Experience using electrical measurement equipment and laboratory tools (oscilloscopes).
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuit layouts.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Very good English communication and good Finnish understanding.

Responsibilities

• Execute grid code requirement test cases for power conversion products.
• Prepare drives for testing by assembling equipment, installing software, and configuring drive loading systems.
• Perform measurements using laboratory equipment and support test execution activities.
• Analyze and report test results in collaboration with development engineers and fellow test engineers.
• Contribute as a member of an Agile Scrum team, supporting ongoing product development and testing activities.
