SprintlyWorks in Finland is seeking a Graduate Associate for a hybrid, full-time role in transformation management. The program runs for 3 months with a kickoff in August 2026, involving a team of 4 and a 40–45 hour work week, located at client sites part‑time.

This paid internship offers hands-on PMO exposure in a major European transformation project. Ideal candidates are MSc students in Finance, with strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and readiness to engage with senior leaders

  • Engage with CFO, COO, CCO, and CTO to gather updates and maintain progress view

About The Project

Our client is a European composite manufacturer, with approximately 800 employees and a production site specialising in laminate manufacturing and assembly.

Following a period of revenue decline and insufficient cost action, the company is undergoing a structured financial and operational transformation under new interim leadership. A transformation plan is in place, with organization restructuring, operational efficiency improvements, and financial team rebuilding among the key workstreams.

The Role

You will act as Senior Business Analyst for the interim CEO, providing structured PMO support across the transformation.

Key Expectations
  • Set up and maintain a PMO framework: initiative tracking, ownership, milestones, and escalation paths across all transformation workstreams
  • Build and manage weekly and monthly progress reporting for the management team and board
  • Monitor KPIs and flag deviations or risks early
  • Support the interim CEO in day-to-day execution from meeting prep to cross-functional coordination
  • Engage with the CFO, COO, CCO, and CTO to gather updates and maintain an accurate picture of progress across the business

Requirements
  • Master students preferable in Finance

  • Can exercise independent judgment and act on it, drive conclusions from data are result-oriented, logical, and efficient, with keen attention to detail
