Job summary

SprintlyWorks in Finland is seeking a Graduate Associate for a hybrid, full-time role in transformation management. The program runs for 3 months with a kickoff in August 2026, involving a team of 4 and a 40–45 hour work week, located at client sites part‑time.

This paid internship offers hands-on PMO exposure in a major European transformation project. Ideal candidates are MSc students in Finance, with strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and readiness to engage with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Master students preferable in Finance
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Open to travel to site location
• Proactive, data-driven problem solver
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a PMO framework across all transformation workstreams
• Build and manage weekly and monthly progress reporting for management and board
• Monitor KPIs and flag deviations or risks early
• Support the interim CEO in day-to-day execution from meeting prep to cross-functional coordination
• Engage with CFO, COO, CCO, and CTO to gather updates and maintain progress view
