About the Program

Our Graduate Program is more than a learning path—it’s a journey where you will work on real business cases and have a direct impact on business results. Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields, and are available to work full‑time.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• International experience, either through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
• A career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• The legal right to work in Finland.
• Committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
