Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Global Workplace Experience Manager based in Helsinki to shape our workplace environment and culture using AI-enabled processes. You will own onboarding, safety standards, and global office operations while driving scalable workflows and data-driven space optimization.

You will implement AI-driven solutions for welcoming new joiners, manage events, vendor relations, and compliance across locations, ensuring a human-first experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee experience, workplace operations, people operations, or a closely related role.
• Practical experience building or implementing AI-driven processes with tools like Claude or chatbot builders.
• Familiarity with health & safety protocols and workplace compliance.
• People-first approach using technology to enhance human experience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding experience end-to-end, blending AI-driven automation with a personal touch.
• Oversee employee engagement and culture programming across global offices.
• Own workplace compliance and Health & Safety standards globally.
• Manage day-to-day workplace operations and digital space management for Helsinki and global offices.
• Develop scalable guidelines and playbooks for consistent office experiences.
