Neste is seeking a Manager, Waste and Renewable Feedstocks Compliance to join the Environmental Safety team within Corporate Safety. The role acts as the global SME for waste management and circular economy, ensuring compliance across supply chains and shaping regulatory landscapes.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in waste management/circular economy.
• Deep knowledge of EU waste and circular economy legislation (Waste Framework Directive, Waste Shipment Regulation, Circular Economy Act).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish or Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Neste’s global SME for waste management, circular economy and RP feedstock compliance.
• Monitor EU-level waste and circular economy legislation to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement global processes, standards and guidelines for waste and circularity management.
• Provide training and auditing for feedstock shipment processes across producers, refineries, terminals and third parties.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Sourcing & Trading, Logistics, Public Affairs) and external groups to shape regulatory landscape.
