Job summary

Neste in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an Hourly Employee for Commercial Operations in Renewable Products. This part-time, hourly-based fixed-term position runs until 30 April 2027 and offers flexible hours within a 15 to 37.5 hour per week range.

You will support the team in daily renewable supply operations, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and help implement and optimize contracts. Proficiency in English is required, Finnish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business, Technology, Logistics) or currently in the final stages of your studies.
• Experience in international commodity business, operations, inventory, logistics with various modes of transport
• Ability to work under pressure, cope with sudden changes, hectic and demanding work environment which requires flexibility in working hours and adapting to the operational needs
• Good and proactive communication and collaboration skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Performance and result driven mindset with the ability to make quick decisions
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Fluency in Finnish is considered a plus

We are looking for you, Hourly Employee, Commercial Operations

to join our Espoo Commercial Operations team in Renewable Products. This is a part-time, hourly based fixed-term position until 30.4.2027.

We hope you are able to work flexibly within a range of 15 hours to 37.5 hours per week.

You will join a dynamic team responsible for Non-Bulk Renewable Feedstock. You will work closely with a wide list of internal and external stakeholders and your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day operations and implementing and optimizing commercial-, service- and terminal contracts in Renewable business.

Our Non-Bulk Espoo team is responsible for renewable feedstock operations, monthly inventory reconciliation and claims and demurrage handling. We ensure smooth supply with minimal backlog and demurrage, on time system input and supply to pay, and on time and accurate cost handling. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Keys to success in this role
