Job summary

OSTP Finland Oy Ab is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement across the OSTP Group. You will drive sourcing, negotiations and contracting, shape supplier collaborations, and advance category management for Freight, Logistics and Industrial Gases.

You will work with ERP data, digitalization projects and cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and supply security. The role requires several years in procurement, solid contract skills, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in supplier development and category management.
• Understanding of ERP-driven procurement processes and data-based decision-making.
• Ability to lead development initiatives and improve ways of working.
• Relevant higher education degree.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement categories across the OSTP Group, including Freight & Logistics and Industrial Gases.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, negotiations and contracting for materials, services, investments and logistics.
• Develop supplier performance, sustainability and risk management practices.
• Drive procurement process development, automation and best practices.
• Act as a key business representative in ERP and digitalization projects, including Dynamics 365 development.
• Use data, analytics and reporting to improve cost efficiency, quality and supply security.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legislation and sustainability requirements.
• Contribute actively to cross-functional and international procurement collaboration within the OSTP Group.
