YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project across graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will assess AI-generated outputs and provide precise human feedback to train AI models, with prior paid experience in human-data work required.

The role involves using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and more to deliver high-quality work remotely, within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Must have professional Graphic Design experience.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Proven ability to evaluate AI-generated content and provide high-quality feedback.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe suite.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
