Job summary

ABB invites a senior Product Lifecycle Manager to join the Quality & Lifecycle organization. You will ensure learnings from field performance reach product management, R&D and sales, and you will analyze effects of changes on the portfolio to support growth.

This global role combines collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, R&D and Service across locations, including Helsinki. The role is hybrid with international travel and aims to drive improvements across ABB's Low Voltage System

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product engineering, management, or R&D.
• 5+ years leading people, with/without formal authority.
• Degree in electrical/electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Travel readiness, up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new lifecycle process, related docs and meeting practices.
• Oversee tasks with stakeholders across functions.
• Coordinate change impact analysis for portfolio changes.
• Facilitate continuous improvements and lifecycle changes.
• Manage global projects with cross-function teams.
