UPM - The Biofore Company in Helsinki, Finland seeks a Senior Specialist, Global Portfolio to drive global portfolio reporting and analytics. You will design data models, build dashboards, and ensure a single source of truth for stakeholders across regions.

You will work with Power BI and Oracle Cloud, turning portfolio data into actionable insights, supporting quarterly performance, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Product Managers, Sourcing, IT and regional controllers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business or data analytics, reporting, FP&A or business controlling.
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX and dashboard building.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, another ERP system, or SQL is an advantage.
• Experience in a multinational matrix organization is a plus, not a requirement.
• English communication skills for cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build, own, and continually improve global portfolio reporting using Oracle Cloud and Power BI.
• Transform portfolio data into clear, decision-ready insights for global steering.
• Deliver project-based and ad hoc analyses for operations, market, supply chain, and sourcing.
• Support the quarterly portfolio performance process with data collection and scoring materials.
• Maintain data consistency with the global product classification across regions and flag issues.
• Be the first point of contact for portfolio data and Power BI questions; train regional users.
• Coordinate data inputs and timelines for cross-regional initiatives as a Project Manager.
