Job summary

UPM Raflatac Oy in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a data analytics professional to build and own our global portfolio reporting suite using Oracle Cloud and Power BI. The role focuses on turning raw data into decision-ready insights, enabling global steering, and delivering cross-functional analyses across operations, market, supply chain and sourcing.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in analytics or FP&A, strong Power BI skills with DAX, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SQL.

Qualifications

1–3 years in business or data analytics, FP&A or business controlling.
Strong Power BI skills with data modeling and dashboards.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, ERP systems, or SQL an advantage.
Experience in a multinational matrix organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and own our global portfolio reporting suite, using Oracle Cloud and Power BI.
Turn raw portfolio data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Support and enable global steering.
Deliver portfolio analyses across operations, market, supply chain and sourcing.
Support the quarterly portfolio performance process with data collection and scoring.
Maintain data consistency with the global product classification across regions.
Be the first point of contact for portfolio data and train regional users and Product Managers.
Coordinate data inputs for cross-regional initiatives like Portfolio Competitiveness Programme.
