Job summary

UPM in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Portfolio to shape our label materials portfolio through data and analytics. You will build and own the global portfolio reporting suite using Oracle Cloud and Power BI, turning raw data into actionable insights for global steering.

You will collaborate with regional teams, drive project-based analyses, and support the quarterly performance process. English communication is essential in this multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business or data analytics, reporting, FP&A or business controlling.
• Strong Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX and dashboard building.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, ERP systems or SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and own our global portfolio reporting suite using Oracle Cloud and Power BI as the source and layer.
• Turn raw portfolio data into clear, decision-ready insights for global steering.
• Deliver project-based and ad hoc portfolio analyses across operations, market, supply chain and sourcing.
• Support the quarterly portfolio performance process: data collection, scoring, and materials readiness for reviews.
• Keep portfolio data consistent with global product classification across regions and flag issues to governance.
• Serve as first point of contact for portfolio data and Power BI questions; train regional users and Product Managers.
• Coordinate data inputs and timelines with regional controllers, Product Managers, Sourcing and IT for cross-regional initiatives.
