Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior payroll implementation lead to manage the end-to-end deployment of payroll systems for clients. You will drive data migration, system configuration, and go-live readiness while coordinating with HR, Finance and IT teams.

The role requires global payroll expertise, strong project management and client-facing skills to deliver accurate, compliant payroll setups across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global payroll implementations and operations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax rules across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for clients.
• Lead kick-off meetings, develop project plans, and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to configure payroll interfaces and reports.
• Prepare go-live documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
