Job summary

WE Tech Solutions Oy, a Finnish marine technology company, seeks a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Manager to grow our global business. The role spans Shaft Generator Solutions and Electrification Solutions, from energy storage to shore power, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering and partners.

You will engage shipowners, shipyards and designers to craft technically and commercially competitive solutions, translate needs into successful projects, and drive sales

Qualifications

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Electrical, Automation, Marine or equivalent Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, marine electrical systems, system integration or similar tasks.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
• Ability to understand electrical single-line diagrams and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote WE Tech's complete solution portfolio across Merchant Marine and Electrification business.
• Identify customer needs and develop technically and commercially competitive system solutions with WE Tech Engineering.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and sales documentation.
• Negotiate and sign Sales Agreements within given authorization.
• Represent WE Tech Solutions at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
• Coordinate solution definition with Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing and technology partners.
• Ensure timely submission of technically correct and commercially competitive quotations.
• Maintain and develop Sales-related documentation and CRM data.
