ICEYE is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop a cohesive internal comms strategy and engage employees across our global teams. You will craft news, manage channels, and drive events; coordinating with senior stakeholders to align messaging and materials.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and English fluency, with experience in an international business and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. ICEYE offers a dynamic, global work environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or MSc in communications or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in communications.
• Experience within an international business.
• Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English – working language at ICEYE.
• Flexible, positive attitude with hands-on drive.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal clarity and engagement: frame and form internal news and improve sentiment.
• Create and develop engaging content: plan/update internal communications calendar; produce articles, podcasts, videos.
• Manage internal channels: optimize ICEYE's channels for information delivery and engagement.
• Lead internal events: plan and host all-hands, town-halls and strategy updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support messaging, materials and events.
• Support external communications: prepare materials, respond to media inquiries, collaborate with PR partners.
