Job summary

Europlan Engineering Oy is seeking an HVAC installation supervisor to lead the installation work of ventilation and air conditioning systems on ship projects. You will coordinate on-site daily activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule progress while collaborating with customers, designers, production and subcontractors.

The role involves supervising HVAC installation work, coordinating teams, scheduling resources, and tracking materials. Finnish and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical training (e.g., HVAC or mechanical engineering).
• Experience with HVAC installations and supervisory tasks.

We are looking for an HVAC installation supervisor to lead the installation work of ventilation and air conditioning systems on ship projects, and to coordinate on-site daily activities. In this key role you will ensure projects progress safely, with high quality and on schedule, working with customers, designers, production and subcontractors.
