Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting required.
• Experience in financial reporting or controlling is preferred.
• IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create reporting tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting and closing.
• Provide financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
• Manage fixed assets processes including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Oversee annual closing, statutory reporting and audit.
• Support and guide team members on accounting and taxation issues.
• Develop and harmonize global financial processes and controls.
• Participate in forecasting and tax position optimization.
