TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team Oy is recruiting a Freight Specialist to strengthen our Travel and Logistics team in Jyväskylä, Finland. You will manage import/export documentation, customs processes, and freight coordination to ensure smooth movement of goods across borders.

The role requires 3-5 years in logistics or related fields, fluency in English and Finnish, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in logistics, international trade, customs or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Experience with Intrastat reporting
• Familiarity with international transportation and freight processes
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Finnish

Responsabilités

• Managing Intrastat reporting and related documentation
• Handling and coordinating import and export customs documentation
• Maintaining and archiving import and export records
• Supporting purchasing activities related to import shipments and investigating missing import documentation
• Processing and coordinating non-EU shipments
• Supporting vehicle export processes, including export clearance documentation
• Coordinating and managing ATA Carnet documentation
• Preparing, reviewing, and validating commercial invoices
• Providing support and guidance regarding Incoterms (e.g., FCA, DAP)
• Requesting and comparing freight quotations
• Monitoring and maintaining logistics-related records and data
