Job summary

UPM-Kymmene Oyj Global Functions in Helsinki or Tampere is seeking two Financial Controllers to strengthen our Group Accounting and Reporting team. You will deliver high-quality group accounting and reporting services, ensure data accuracy, and own complex reporting tasks within your area.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, 1–3 years in accounting or auditing OneStream, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or auditing OneStream.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong IT skills with OneStream and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group accounting and reporting services to stakeholders.
• Ensure data correctness, high quality, compliance and timeliness of all reporting in your own responsibility area.
• Perform complex group accounting and reporting tasks in your own area, and take ownership of the selected responsibilities.
• Participate in monthly, interim and annual consolidation and reporting.
• Contribute to strategic projects in defined areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement process and process development implementation in your own area.
• Act as a key user for the group reporting tool: support other teams and guide them in their reporting tasks.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a well-functioning partnership with key stakeholders.
• Implement regulation changes in your own responsibility area.
