Johnson & Johnson in Espoo, Finland seeks a Financial Analyst (fixed term contract) to join our IMPO Competency Center. You will perform a wide range of accounting and financial operations, including intercompany, procure-to-pay, general ledger and reporting tasks, while ensuring policy compliance and strong controls.

English fluency and a commercial finance background are required, with a collaborative, self-motivated mindset suited to a regional/virtual work environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Business fluency in English (oral & written).
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a regional and virtual work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player mentality, and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Perform a wide range of accounting and financial operations across Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger & Reporting, and Systems administration, ensuring compliance with finance policies and controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with local IMPO teams, tax, other IMPO COEs and global functions to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service models.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiencies and automation; contribute to the design and deployment of improved processes with IMPO PMO & Digital teams.
• SME Development: Engage in IMPO and Global Finance projects, such as ERP deployments, and develop as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes.
