Job summary

7071-Janssen-Cilag OY Legal Entity is seeking a Clinical Consultant for its Finland location. You will be responsible for providing expert technical and product advice as well as training to healthcare professionals, whilst ensuring successful adoption of JnJ products.

The ideal candidate is educated at degree level, preferably in scientific fields, with a strong technical understanding. This role requires fluency in Finnish and English and entails 2-3 nights away from home each week.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience preferred.
• Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology is an advantage.
• Fluent in Finnish and business level English.
• A valid European driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and training to customers.
• Identify customer needs and create awareness of products.
• Ensure servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Remain current on product methodologies and literature.
• Respond daily to requests from customers and partners.
• Manage account documentation and compliance training.
