Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a Customer Program Manager to bridge customer environments with our Helsinki, Syracuse and NY teams, ensuring clear ownership, delivery, and executive alignment across time zones.

Based in the eastern United States, you will orchestrate engineering, product, and configuration setup, and drive forecasts and compliance through multi-disciplinary teams in a high-tech B2B setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management, customer success, or a senior customer-facing role in a complex technical B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel threads with strong structure and follow-through.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across cultures and time zones, particularly between the US and Europe.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the overall customer program together with the Key Account Manager, ensuring clear ownership and coordination across all active workstreams.
• Establish Customer Program, covering engineering, product and configuration setup, delivery, compliance, technology and roadmap, and executive threads in the customer engagement. Ensure objectives are clear, initiatives are resourced, and execution plans are established and follow-through.
• Maintain internal reporting of the customer program for the account team and Bluefors leadership, and reporting and follow-through towards the customer.
• Ensure customer forecasts are understood and incorporated into Bluefors demand and supply planning.
• Ensure customer requirements, compliance expectations, and IP agreements are correctly understood and applied across internal teams.
