Job summary

IQM is seeking a high-level leader to align the product roadmap with its global partnership strategy, overseeing cross-functional teams across product and commercial partnerships to connect technical progress with market needs.

The role focuses on evolving on-premises systems, cloud capabilities, and enterprise partnerships, with a strong emphasis on strategic growth and ecosystem development in a fast-moving quantum landscape.

Qualifications

Degree in business, engineering, physics, computer science, or related field.
Proven track record leading product organizations or ecosystem partnerships in deep-tech.
Experience working with senior leaders in international organizations.
Ability to translate technical milestones into commercial offerings and market opportunities.
Strong strategic thinking in fast-changing, technically complex environments.
Experience with large enterprise customers, strategic alliances, or global tech ecosystems.
Collaborative leadership across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Align IQM’s product roadmap with the global partnership strategy to create a seamless full-stack customer experience across hardware, software, integration, and cloud.
Lead and support senior leaders across Product and Commercial Partnerships, helping teams stay connected to both technical progress and market realities.
Translate technical milestones and roadmap developments into clear product positioning, commercial offerings, and new market opportunities.
Guide the evolution of IQM’s on-premises systems, integrations, software, and cloud capabilities to meet the needs of HPC centers, sovereign infrastructure, and enterprise customers.
Build and grow strategic partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, research organizations, and industry leaders across sectors such as finance, energy, and life sciences.
Represent IQM in board-level conversations, industry events, global summits, and strategic customer discussions.
Work closely with sales, public affairs, and technical teams to support IQM’s position in the rapidly evolving global quantum landscape.
Oversee product lifecycle decisions as the industry transitions from research-focused NISQ systems toward scalable QEC and FTQC technologies.
Support long-term commercial growth through strategic planning, investment prioritization, and ecosystem development.
Foster an environment of collaboration across science, engineering, product, and commercial teams.
