Job summary

Wolt is seeking a seasoned B2B performance marketer to own paid media across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to build local plans and drive demand for Wolt's products in a fast-growing tech environment.

You’ll own strategy, budgets, and KPI reporting, run channel tests, and apply data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize performance across markets in Helsinki and beyond.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in B2B performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic media.
• International marketing exposure across markets is a plus.
• Data-driven approach to KPIs (e.g., CPL, revenue).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets capabilities for data analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own paid marketing campaigns end-to-end across major platforms and programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with local Sales to align market goals and local plans.
• Launch new products with Product Marketing and drive demand.
• Provide ongoing reporting, KPI tracking and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify top-performing partners and optimize channels and messaging.
• Leverage data and AI tools to improve campaigns and workflows.
