Job summary

AFRY Finland Industry Division seeks a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to advance our internally developed engineering tools, integrations and digital solutions. You will work in cross-functional, international teams and contribute to backlog management, documentation, and compliant, secure delivery in a flexible hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, Azure cloud and API-driven architectures, CI/CD, DevOps, and collaboration with IT, security and data/AI specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Technical background enabling communication with engineering and IT teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-driven development approaches.
• Understanding of plant engineering tools and digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, infrastructure and data/AI specialists.
• Prepare and manage technical and functional requirements and documentation.
• Participate in backlog management, prioritization, risk management and reporting via Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliant and secure delivery.
• Promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation and AI-assisted ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the engineering tools landscape.
