Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join the Industry Division Project Delivery Tools team. You will develop, maintain, and support AFRY’s internally developed engineering tools, integrations, and digital solutions.

Your work will be in a flexible hybrid model across Finland locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams of developers, architects, QA, IT, and data/AI specialists. Emphasis on Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a broad range of software development modalities in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Solid technical background enabling effective communication with engineering and IT teams.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven development approaches and modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, and data/AI specialists.
• Prepare and manage technical and functional requirements and documentation.
• Participate in backlog management, prioritization, risk management, and reporting through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliant and secure solution delivery.
• Promote modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted ways of working.
